Terms of Service

Please pay attention if the model sheath was made for is the same that you have.

Why: for example, a sheath for Strider Model SMF or SNG, made for regular model, will be too loose for gg or cc models, that have a thinner profile. Old version of Buck 110 from 1970s is slightly wider than later models. Knife with inlay handle will be thicker than regular production model. I'll have to make special sheaths for them to accommodate decreased or increased thickness, if the general shape of model is the same and only thickness varies.

Payment:

Payment by PayPal, you don't need to register with them to pay with credit card. If there are any problems, please contact me. If no payment received within 48 hrs and no contact was made, I have to assume that you changed your mind, cancel transaction and make item available to others.

Item will be shipped to your address provided by PayPal, please make sure that it's still current.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations:

Cancellations can be made before item was shipped, usually within several hours after payment received, during business hours.

Returns: I accept returns of unused items, sent back within 3 days after you received and inspected it. Buyer pays for the shipping back. Please inform me about that, so I'll to wait for the package, and mark it as "Return of Canadian goods".

Refunds: refund will be given as money back, minus shipping cost. If it was my mistake (another model or color was sent), I'll refund all amount including shipping both ways.

Repeated cancellations and returns:
So far I had only one case of repeated buying and cancellations, returns and ordering another one. Please do not do that. Time spent on it has to be paid, and it was not included in price. Raising price for that is not fair to all other customers.

Shipping:

Package will be sent by Canada Post, and should arrive to you delivered by your country main mail carrier.

Shipping costs include cost of postal services and packing materials, $1.

Attention of international buyers: customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are not included in price or shipping cost.They have to be paid by buyer to their authorities.

Shipping method shown in listing is for:

- Within Canada: Regular Parcel. If Expedited will be available to me, I'll use it and refund the difference. The same for closer provinces.

- US and International: Small Packet USA or Small Packet International.

This is the cheapest and very reliable method of shipping, none of packages to these countries was lost yet. But it has no tracking ability.

I you want to get tracking number, contact me before buying to change postal service to Tracked Packet, with corresponding shipping price increase USD $13 to USA, more than AUD $40 to Australia.

If you would like shipping with tracking number, ask me before buying, I'll change shipping costs in listing for you. After item was added to cart, it will be impossible for me to change amount.

Estimated delivery time depends on distance, and if the package was delayed for inspection in customs of your country, neither I or postal service have no control over it.

- Within Canada: 3 business days - 1 week.
- US: 5 business days - 2 weeks.
- Australia and New Zealand: 9-11 business days to 1 month.

If the package was lost, I'll make full refund. Next package to the same buyer will be sent by Tracked Packet, at their cost as usual, if they choose to buy again.
